Inside your kit
Bulk ASA exterior and indoor PLA production in standard colourways with replaceable inserts.
Place the order, receive the structured property information form, submit unit data, review the portfolio proof, approve, then production and unit-labelled fulfilment.
Included before production.
Personalisation
Depending on the product, your proof can include the property name, Wi-Fi details, QR destinations, review link, host or manager contact, check-out time, licence number, emergency information, logo and mounting preference.
PLA frames, stands and labels with smooth finishes and broad colour options, kept away from exposed sun and high heat.
ASA is the preferred printed body for exterior compliance and unit-number signs, paired with a high-contrast replaceable insert.
Suitable adhesive or screws and spacers are selected around the confirmed substrate and installation permission.

Best for hosts organising the core exterior and interior display information.
Compliance-oriented information plus a polished guest communication set.
Best for premium apartments and a coordinated branded information system.
2026 Malta information display
Malta’s Tourism Accommodation Regulations 2026 came into effect on 15 June 2026. For short-let rented accommodation, the standards require an exterior sign identifying the address, licensed status, official licence or registration number, and the name, surname and contact number of a designated natural person available 24/7. Inside the unit, the responsible person’s name and 24-hour phone number, together with emergency contact information, must be prominently displayed.
The MTA has stated that it intends to issue further instructions to keep exterior signs uniform, particularly for existing properties. LUNQO therefore uses customer-approved data and an updateable design approach; these products are not described as MTA-approved or officially certified.
Important: Property owners and operators remain responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and for confirming the current requirements applicable to their accommodation.
