Orders & Pickup in Malta
Local pickup is fast and free! We offer convenient pickup locations across Malta, including San Ġwann and Mqabba. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email. You will then need to contact us via WhatsApp (+356 7998 7855) to arrange the best time for collection. You can also choose to pay upon collection!
No, please do not arrive without an appointment. Our pickup locations operate strictly by appointment only. You must wait for the "ready for pickup" email and then schedule a specific time with us via WhatsApp before coming.
Currently, we do not have a physical retail store or showroom. LUNQO operates exclusively online, and our locations are solely for pre-arranged pickups of online orders.
We currently offer delivery across Malta only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Gozo at this time. If you prefer not to use our free local pickup points in Malta, we can arrange delivery for your items. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you choose the "Pay on Delivery or Pickup" option at checkout, you can secure your order online and pay when you collect your items. We accept Cash, Revolut, or Credit/Debit Cards at the pickup location.
Our Products & Materials
All our products are precision-crafted using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. From our elegant LUNQO Glow lamps to our custom display stands, each piece is manufactured locally in Malta with meticulous attention to detail.
Yes! We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PETG for our prints. PLA is a biodegradable, plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch, making our home decor and displays an environmentally conscious choice.
Support & Returns
We want you to love your LUNQO pieces! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please check our full Refund Policy page for more details.
