TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of lunqo.shop and any purchase from LUNQO, the trade name of Gábor Németh, operating from Malta (“LUNQO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

- ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Product information, prices and availability shown on the website are invitations to purchase. When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products.
We accept an order when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is unavailable or we need further information, we may contact you. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, any payment received for unavailable items will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.
- PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Many LUNQO products are made in small batches and may show normal variations associated with 3D printing, colour, finish and production. Product photographs and colours shown on screens are illustrative.
Please review the relevant product page for dimensions, compatibility, material, care information and available options before ordering.
- PRICES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices are displayed in EUR. LUNQO does not currently charge VAT.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you place your order. The final order total, including the applicable delivery charge, is shown before payment is completed.
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
- DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND RISK
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs processing or events beyond our control.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss of or damage to goods passes to you only when you, or a person you have nominated other than the carrier, obtain physical possession of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to the legal exceptions. This may include an exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.
- ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, LUNQO branding, designs, images, product information and text are owned by LUNQO or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use this website for personal and lawful shopping purposes only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully or infringe the rights of others.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, delivery, analytics and other website functions may be provided by third parties, including Shopify. Purchases are made with LUNQO, not Shopify. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
- PRIVACY
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described in that policy.
- LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, LUNQO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
- CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence where applicable.
